How do I order Futura parts?
You can order parts by filling out the "Order Parts" form on the "My Futura" page
We can supply a range of repair, maintenance, and add-on accessories for our products. If you are requesting a part for your trailer, we want to ensure we process the correct part so we may request a video chat or for you to send through detailed photos of the trailer parts you're requesting. Please be sure to include your VIN# on the form which can be found on the drawbar or tongue of the trailer.
Once a parts order form is completed, parts are confirmed, and payment is made, we will ship the part directly to your location. We endeavor to get parts orders processed as quickly as we are able to and we’ll communicate with you throughout the process.
